64 year-old global design firm WATG is today widely considered to be the #1 hospitality design and consulting practice in the world. Several years ago, perceptions were shaky and the marketplace had a confused idea what the firm was truly all about.
From 2006-2008, we worked intimately with its CEO and Sr. VP Global Marketing to develop a new brand strategy, design direction and marketing communications tools that expressed a revitalized WATG brand to the world.
1 year later, net sales had increased 32%, qualified leads were 5x previous years, job applications were flowing in, and positive press coverage worth an estimated $150k had occurred.
